Sophie’s Run is coming to Kingston!

Tuesday, May 3 @ 12 pm is your chance to meet and speak to:

  • Run founder Nicole Chuchmach, Sophie’s daughter
  • Dr. Hugh Langley about cancer awareness and screening

Did you know that 9 out of 10 cases of Colorectal Cancer can be successfully treated when found early?

“It is my mission to raise awareness and to educate other’s about the second largest cancer killer in the country. ‘Sophie’s Run’ is not just in honour of my mom’s life, but it is a run that carries a very important message; one that will raise awareness and save lives,” says Nicole Chuchmach Founder of Sophie’s Run.

Colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of all cancer fatalities, and affects men and women almost equally. It needs to be talked about. If everyone were aware of the warning signs and the importance of screenings, many people, like Chuchmach’s mom, could still be here today.
