When a person loses someone important to them, they go through a normal process called grieving. Grieving is natural, expected and different for everyone who is coming to accept and understand their loss. Bereavement or mourning are both part of the grieving process that involves many different emotions and ways of expression. There are many ways that a person can come to terms with the loss of a loved one. The process of grief and beareavemenmt doesn’t look the same for everyone. And, every loss is different.
